This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your Switcha Mobile account and associated personal data (Google Play / App Store requirement).
1. Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the Switcha app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your manager account and associated push notification tokens will be removed immediately.
2. Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email am@afridecision.com with:
- Subject: Switcha account deletion request
- Your Switcha username
- Confirmation that you want all personal data linked to this account erased
3. Data affected
- Account profile and authentication credentials
- Push notification registrations (OneSignal)
Hotel operational data (sessions, sales, etc.) remains managed by the property and is not deleted through this request.
