Switcha Mobile lets authorized hotel managers view room status, alerts and reports synced from the property's local server (read-only).
2. Account
Credentials are provisioned by Switcha or the hotel. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
3. Acceptable use
No fraudulent use, unauthorized access attempts or reverse engineering.
4. Availability
The service depends on connectivity and local-server sync. AfriDecision strives for reasonable availability without guaranteeing uninterrupted access.
