Switcha is published by AfriDecision. Contact: am@afridecision.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account — Username, securely stored password, role and linked hotel.
- Hotel data — Room status, sessions, alerts, reports synced from the local server (read-only in the app).
- Push notifications — OneSignal token if you enable alerts.
- Technical — Device type, app version, connection logs.
3. Purposes
Authenticate hotel managers, display dashboard and alerts, send optional push notifications, secure the service.

Access, rectification or erasure: am@afridecision.com. Delete account: Profile → Delete my account in the app.
